We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, aligning human capital strategies with business goals, and fostering a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
Lead and oversee all Human Resources operations and activities across the company.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational needs.
Manage industrial and employee relations, effectively resolving any employment-related issues or disputes.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee programs.
Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), time and attendance, and general employee administration.
Drive performance management systems and initiate continuous employee development and training programs.
Ensure strict compliance with all applicable labor laws and government employment regulations.
Act as a strategic partner to the executive management team regarding organizational structure, culture, and human capital issues.
Mentor, guide, and lead the internal HR team to ensure effective, efficient, and productive service delivery.
Coordinate with both internal cross-functional departments and external stakeholders on all HR-related matters.
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership capacity is required).
Comprehensive understanding of all core HR functions, including recruitment, C&B, payroll processing, performance management, and industrial relations.
In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory HR best practices.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and a strict commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
Proficient in utilizing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), Microsoft Excel, and other standard HR administrative software.
Previous experience working in a publicly listed (IPO/Tbk) company will be considered a significant advantage.
