HR Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to join PT Panin Asset Management in Head Office (Bursa Efek Indonesia, Jakarta). This is a position that will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources operations and contributing to the effective management of our employee relations and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with employment regulations, and the seamless execution of HR initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Psychology or a field relevant to Human Resources.
• 2–3 years of experience as an HR generalist or in HR operations. preferably with exposure to compliance/regulatory reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/attendance systems.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling data and administrative documents in high volumes.
• Able to manage multiple tasks (multitasking) within clear and strict deadlines.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to draft policy documents effectively.
• Strong communication skills and enjoys people-facing activities (for event execution).
• High integrity with the ability to maintain data confidentiality.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilites

• Plan and execute all employee engagement activities including budget coordination, vendor management, and documentation.
• Prepare and compile routine regulatory reports for review and approval by the Head of HR prior to submission.
• Collect data and administrative documents for ESG, Personal Data Protection (PDP), and CSR requirements.

Prepare employee disciplinary administration (warning letters/Letters of Reprimand) based on the Head of HR's direction; case handling and final decisions remain with the Head of HR.

Assist in drafting the code of conduct and company regulations in accordance with the Head of HR's direction.

Handle payroll administration: calculate overtime components based on attendance data and established formulas, administer BPJS, and cross-check employee health claims (without access to base salary/payslip data).

Prepare monthly employee data reports, fulfill data requests from relevant divisions, and support inter-divisional due diligence processes using templates approved by the Head of HR.

Serve as a brainstorming partner to the Head of HR on organizational development initiatives, including performance management, manpower planning, and job description.
