• Knowledge of network design, documentation, testing, and administration
• Implement software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
• Provide technical support onsite or remote when needed

• Bachelor’s degree from Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
• Minimum one year of experience in IT Support
• Knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies
• Backup and recovery procedures, and monitoring tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
• Willing to be placed in Makassar
