Job description

Conduct workforce needs analysis, create job postings, CV screening, coordinate and conduct interviews, manage the onboarding process for new employees.

Requirement

• Fluent in Mandarin with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Staff and HSK Level 5 certification.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in digital recruitment technologies.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to cultural differences.
• Willing to be placed in East Halmahera, North Maluku.
• Applicants must submit their CV in both Mandarin and Indonesian.
