Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Jakarta area.
- Identify business opportunities and propose tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
- Continuously monitor competitors and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related.
- Min. 3 Years Experienced as Account Manager in Internet Service Provider or System Integrator
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Strong networking to drive B2B business expansion across diverse segments, including corporate, hospitality, government, industrial, and more.
Familiarity with the Jakarta market and local business landscape Internet Service Provider or System Integrator
